MUNICIPAL QUESTIONNAIRE
| The County of Passaic has created an Open Space and Farmland Preservation Trust Fund to provide funds for the acquisition of open space and development of recreational facilities. As part of the establishment of this program a County Open Space Master Plan is being developed which will inventory existing open space and recreation, assess current needs, and provide guidance for future projects. To ensure that the master plan document is complete and accurate, we ask that you please complete this questionnaire and attached Open Space Survey. |
